Equip & Refresh Days are effectively One Day Alpha Conferences in that there are two tracks, one for those who are new to Alpha and one for people looking to improve their courses. They are specially designed to provide practical effective and proven ways of bringing evangelism to your local church.

The day is designed to let you experience Alpha being modelled through small groups and in addition, the Alpha Weekend away is discussed and the person and work of the Holy Spirit is covered in detail. There will also be time for prayer and personal ministry.

There will be plenty of time to ask questions and to chat to other leaders in your area who are involved with Alpha and you will also have the opportunity to hear from people whose lives have been changed by the course.
